Disable escalation policy restart

Is there a way to stop an escalation policy restarting if an incident isn’t acknowledged by anyone after the specified number of repeats? We have a situation where we’d like PD to cycle through the configured number of repeats and then just stop notifying.

The escalation policy repeat is configurable, so you can control how many times the incident will repeat before it finally stops on the last user(s) in the escalation policy. Once it’s repeated that many times, it will no longer restart.

Once the incident ceases escalation per the Escalation Policy’s settings, it will only notify the last user(s) it ends up being assigned to per their individual Notification Rules
